Alicia Melchiott - Moulding

All pieces have to be fixed to a wodden plate or any other flat bit that isnt cardboard or anything that soaks up fluid stuff. Pieces such as the face that need a cpomplete mould around it have to be fixed to a rod or wire.

With the bits fixed to the wood, first coat them with brushed on silicone to make sure they are covered in every detail with no bubbles. once thats done, build up walls in some none cardboard material and seal them shut with glue gun so that no silicone will slip out. then carefully pour the silicone into this pool.

Once hardened you can remove the mould and cut out the piece inside carefully (applies to face etc, not armour)
